"Bad customer service. I know about cars. I fix and maintain my own cars and was told multiple things had to fixed before being able to pass inspection. Turns out I just needed to replace my wipers. And they took off my previous sticker without asking, so I was stuck getting them replaced there and charged for a new inspection. I would not recommend this place. They will try to get every buck out of you that they can."

"Extremely rude and poor customer service. The lady at the front desk is very nasty. They have no signs saying that the regular Firestone card is not acceptable here because they aren’t a corporate store. I am a first time customer (and last) and won’t work with me on payments."

"Initially had good service getting my Daughter's rims refinished at $300. Had to bring back for a slow leak in same tire as well as they broke her trunk release switch during last repair. Owner was very rude told me they didn't break the switch and couldn't fic it that day. When they looked at the tire, they found a nail. You would think for a return customer they would put in a plug , but no, they wanted to charge me $35. I'm done dealing with them and will take my business elsewhere."

"I had a “slow leak” in one of my tires. The owner was very upfront about cost & possible treatments needed. Turned out to be THE SMALLEST nail. They were able to get it out & plug it. In the end, it saved me money. Thanks for being upfront & doing what’s best for the customer."
