Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena

"We came to town for a hockey game at the arena, and this hotel was super convenient. It was an easy, safe walk along the sidewalk to the arena. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. We felt welcomed by the front desk staff. We did pay extra for breakfast but did not feel it was worth it. It was typical powered eggs which are always pretty awful everywhere. The potatoes were soggy and greasy, and the bread products were stale and hard."

"Rooms were very comfortable but our heater was really loud, waking us up all hours of the night. We also didn't get cleaning services every other day as told, for our week long stay. Don't depend on the food either. Although the food is decent, we tried to have a dinner there and they were all out of food apparently. They at first offered free breakfast in the morning, but then she changed it to a drink at the bar. We don't drink. Bar staff in the morning, super nice. He was a great man to speak with in the morning. The night bar staff, I never saw nor got to order from, was probably in the back. When we needed stuff, we just asked the house keeping service. Very nice people too. We had no real issues, just minor stuff people should know in case they will need to depend on food there."

"A great experience overall. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait about 1 hour to check in, but the amazing customer service made up for it. Lisa at the front desk provided us with water, 2 bags of Lay's chips, and 2 free breakfast buffets; she was great!. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was adequate parking (even with multiple sports events happening). We had no trouble finding a parking spot."

"The team at four points was absolutely delightful! Our room was very spacious, the sheets were crisp and smelled so fresh and clean, and the pillows were perfectly soft and comfortable. I greatly appreciated the afforable breakfast spread, and after checking out we worked from the lobby for an hour or so where free tea and coffee were lifesavers. This hotel definitely punches above its weight class."

"We’ve had a very comfortable enjoyable stay at this hotel. Jazmine checked us in and accommodated us on so many levels and did everything with a smile. She even gave us tips on local places to visit. The free coffee and tea were delicious. The gym was open 24 hours. We were ideally located close to everyone and the park was so close we were able to ride our bikes right from the hotel. We very much appreciated the hospitality and the beautifully designed clean rooms."
