"I called early 9am and asked if they had room for my jeep for a state inspection and dropped the car. I called the shop at 11 am, and they told me it is not ready. I got a call back at 2.30 pm, and the guy LOU (RUDELY) told me the car is making noise and wanted to charge me $45 to check. Nothing was checked on the jeep. Waste of time and money, I had to leave early from work."

In the short conversation, he tells me he is “doing me a favor”, then raises his price. Tell me he’s “got better things to do.” Do yourself a favor. GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Don’t waste your time with this shop. Would like to say I’m in healthcare and I’m ver tolerable with people. But this guy will outright lie to your face. And take your money."

"I have been going Care Place Auto for all of my repair needs like: state inspection, tire changes, brakes, battery change. This place is my go to place when it comes to car repairs. The owner and the staffs of this place is great. They treated me more than just fairly and the rate is very reasonable. Most recently I needed a state inspection for my jeep wrangler, but the battery in that car just died on me right before the inspection. To make it worse, I have a trip coming in 2 days so I wont be able to pick up my car until 2 weeks after. The owner told me they would take care of the battery change and inspection then drop of my car at my driveway after it's all done!!! what more can you ask for?? I'm really thrilled with the quality of their work and services. As long as I have a car, this will be the place I come for repairs! Highly recommended!!"
