"Absolutely no complaints with this hotel. It was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was free. Service was wonderful and I will be choosing this location for every work trip going forward!"

"The customer service of the staff was amazing!! Everyone really was delightful. The ladies at the front desk were cheerful, even the night staff at 10 was still smiley. The lady at checkout was nice and even had fresh coffee made. The lady in the kitchen helped my daughter fix her breakfast down to cooking her grits for her. Also she assisted with taking the stuff out to the car. All the staff members really made this a pleasant stay!! I cannot express enough gratitude in this review. The hotel was clean, nice and spacious too. They even had a great breakfast spread with turkey sausage!"

"DO NOT STAY AT HYATT PLACE. I drove from out of town because my mom was rushed to the hospital and we needed a place to stay. We booked through Delta to get a king size bed for us. We got there and they said they don’t have anymore king rooms. We told them that we don’t want the queens but a king so we decided to leave. The girl at the front desk took our info down and said the manager will be able to give us our refund. Fast forward to today…I get an Email from delta that the hotel told them that we stayed at the establishment.here is the exact email words: We regret to inform you that we have been unable to secure an agreement from the property to refund this itinerary. As per hotel: We already gave them an option that if the they don't want to stay, they can contact the 3rd party to cancel the reservation free of charge, however, guests choose to stay with 2 Queen beds, so no refund. They lied and said that we chose to stay with the 2 queen bed room(after we booked king). We left the establishment and the front desk took down our names and phone number for the manager to do a refund..they told the 3rd party that we booked through that we decided to stay with the 2 queen beds for the night..THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE CAMERAS AND SAW THAT WE LEFT THE ESTABLISHMENT AFTER TALKING TO THE FRONT DESK! I will never book Hyatt place again. I even left the GENERAL manager 3 voicemails 3 separate days to call me and she never did! Don't call corporate either cause they can’t do anything!!. I tried to be noble and calm but I feel like they are spitting in my face and won’t talk to me. This is messed up!!!"

"Aniya (not sure how to spell) was the best front desk queen I have encountered in a while. She was accommodating to us and let us know anything we needed was possible and easily achievable. I never once felt like I was an inconvenience or difficult. She was outstanding and is the reason I would come back to the hotel. And the rooms were super clean"
