"Very nice park and right across the street from my house!! We've been taking the grandkids there for years."
"It's a very small playground with 2 baseball fields and an outdoor basketball court. There is a walking/running track. Water fountains don't work. Occasional litter can be found which isn't the fault of the park so much as the inconsiderate folks who can't help themselves. One of those outdoor exercise areas that no one ever uses in any park ever. Plenty of gravel parking. No restrooms unless you catch a time when a porta potty is around."

"Walking track and children's play ground are nice, lots of parking. Baseball/softball field is in need of regular maintenance and could be a 4 star facility with the food and seating attraction being utilized."
"This is a cute park, with so many wonderful things available. However, while walking my dogs around the loop, a neighbor on Park Street had their dog outside without a leash or fence and it ran towards my dogs. This didnt feel like a safe place to keep walking since the dog owner did nothing to call the dog away from us and just sat there looking at the whole scene. I know that's not Lowell Park and rec responsibility, but it will deter me from returning."
