Hampton Inn Charlotte-Uptown

"I stayed this hotel on from Friday 1/26 to Saturday 1/27. I checked in to my hotel early around 12:30pm, they charged me $15 early check in which is fine. The Front desk worker wasn’t the most welcoming, he was very rude to myself & another guest. He didn’t breakdown the charges when I asked him why my total was more than what my booking email said but regardless we checked in because we had a long morning. Once we went into our room it wasn’t clean, hair all over the place including the desk & walls, the bed was on a platform which almost knocked over when we sat down. Overall comfort level: 7/10. The breakfast was good, lots of options. The housekeeping staff was nice & the front desk workers during our checkout process were very friendly & welcoming. This hotel is conveniently next to stores/resturants & we were able to doordash with ease."

"This hotel is very clean. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I needed to extend my stay because of a family emergency. The staff was helpful in making sure that I kept the same room. They showed great concern for my family situation and myself. If I ever have to come back to the area, this will be my first choice for reservations."

"This hotel was very clean. The rooms were comfortable. Being in a high traffic area, I expected it to be very noisy at night, and this was not the case - no noisy traffic at all. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating to our needs/requests. Within walking distance to Bank of America Stadium. We would stay here again for sure!"

"Walking distance to spectrum center and restaurants. Hotel was clean, rooms well appointed. All the staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was nice, food hot and well cooked. Only neg, when we arrived at 2:15 we were told our room was ready but to check in now versus 3pm was a “early Check in fee”. Oh well no where else to go but really? Still enjoyed our stay and would just be more aware if we came back."

"Rooms were very clean. Loved the comfortable bed, and the view. The location is great, being right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to concert venues, and Other attractions. Service was great. I was very impressed with a lady working the lobby desk at night ..she was so kind and helped in recommending a great place to eat. I recommend this place"
