"I am very unhappy with my experience and I’ve only had communication over the phone. (Aka haven’t even made it to my appt yet) This location has called to canceled my appointment THE DAY OF, TWICE. The staff is unhelpful and scheduled me for an appointment several days after my original appointment (the first time) I understand sickness is a real excuse and should be taken seriously however the lack is customer care for the inconvenience is ridiculous. The second time I had to take it upon myself to call another location, explain the situation and schedule another appointment with a therapist I know nothing about and is not the gender I prefer. The ashville north location either needs more staff to cover appointments or needs additional time slots that can be filled for moments like this. I am very unhappy with my experience and I have never been to the location."
