"They have you sit down and wait for hours if you want something done,also they screw up all your accounts you get charged for things on your account you know nothing about, the people in this branch is rude and nasty, please don't bank here people also ,the staff come across as very racist!!! Stay far away from this place!!!!!"

"Being I have been apart of this branch before Truist merger and now after. I can honestly say things have only gotten slower. No matter the time of day you enter the branch you can expect to wait 10-15 mins in line to served by just usually a max of 1-2 tellers, if there is a 3rd teller at the desk I can assure you they are “busy”, don’t even try the drive thru, it’s a lost cause also! I bank here for personal and business, as I know a lot of other small business in town that bank here too. We all say you have to plan a day that your not in a hurry to go here. The new system that was introduced here lately has only made the overall process take longer as well, not faster."

"Great. Their corporate services caught a fraudulent charge to my account that I did not approve. They contacted me regarding right away. I tried calling no answer sent an email and the company claimed they canceled the charges. Unfortunately, 10 days later the company charge the amount again going through so I blocked my card and working with my branch to clear it up. Fortunately and unfortunately having to get a new card and start over again with all my monthly posts. setup automatically. Thank you, BB & T now Truist. Willie"
