"How these employees could even be considered as hirable is beyond me. The few times I've had the displeasure of going inside to talk to them has been a nightmare. Completely rude and it seems all they want to do is get rid of you so they don't actually have to work. SECU generally has good branches, but you'll quickly realize this is the worst of them all. Avoid at all costs."
"Absolutely pathetic service. Simply wanted a one time wire transfer and the employee acted as if he had no idea how to read or even speak. Most SECUs have decent employees, but this one is full of people I'm amazed are even employable."
"Will be ending my relationship with you all after the degrading experience I had with one of your agents. I went in to have a discussion with someone about getting a mortgage and what I would need to do to get started on a home loan. I ended up leaving embarrassed and infuriated as the person I was setup with went straight to filing for hard inquiries when I did not even want to run my credit, I just wanted some help with direction. He then proceeded to treat me like a delinquent and act extremely condescending. I don't even have his name as he did not display it or even introduce himself. Nor did I even get anything stating I was not approved with reasons, yet I have 6 hard inquires on my credit report from that single visit. What happened to this company? Credit Unions used to be top notch service. Now you're discriminatory and rude, I'm never recommending you again."
"Really appreciated how the branch manager handled an uncomfortable experience with one of the tellers. Mrs Garner quickly helped me with what I needed, and did so professionally and with a smile so genuine it shown through her mask. Ladies like Mrs garner and the branch manager will keep me with secu for the non tangible quality in business , and commerce that really makes the difference."
"Been members since 1992 and managed accounts for us and our 3 kids. Staff is great, very helpful. Finally they have a dedicated app for smartphones, and that makes it easier to manage things."
