"This is BYFAR the WORST possible hotel to live at! ROACH INFESTED!!! My family and I lived there for a year and 4 months. The hotel manager, Corey is a complete jerk. They will cut the water off AT WILL for hours at a time and NOT COMPENSATE you for ANY INCONVENIENCE that THEY cause. Christmas day the water to the hotel was shut off for 34 hours and all Corey and the hotel staff could say is that “we’re sorry for the inconvenience.” There is BLACK MOLD growing in the windows of the rooms and they do NOTHING about it. There’s NO HOUSEKEEPING and the plumbing is screwed up. The washers and dryers BARELY work and they leave stains on your clothes. There’s a role for NO ANIMALS but yet there’s about 20 dogs and no telling how many cats running around. When you turn your a/c or heating unit on, all you smell is ANIMAL UNRINE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The room was clean and well presentable. I had a very pleasant stay. Corey, the general manager was exceptional. He is very diligent and listened to my every need. He made sure my stay was wonderful. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Corey and staff!"

"I'd give ZERO stars if it was an option. ***LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS THAT STATE THERE ARE ROACHES*** Absolutely the WORST, MOST DIRTY, BUG AND ROACH infested hotel ever. Please do not stay here. Checked in, noticed bugs asap, advised manager Corey Thompson of bugs and did not stay more than 20 minutes. Manager says he will issue a refund. Manager has been giving the run around for TWO MONTHS. We were told to email the pictures of the room and we will be provided the information for the person who changed their mind on the refund and have yet to hear back. Was told the reason for the change was because "my manager said no". Corey refused to say who the manager was and said he would email that information when he got the room photos. Emailed the room photos on 12/20 and still haven't heard back. There were stains on the sheets, bugs on the floor, bugs in the sink, bugs FLYING in the room, sponges and food in the sink. Room smelled like smoke, door didn't close properly. Very unprofessional to state you will issue a refund and then change your mind and not have the decency to call and advise of the change. I'd recommended staying in a tent before you stay here. Don't trust the rooms or the management."

"I stayed here with my kids for 10 months. We had relocated from out of town and could not find an apartment. Housing is really hard to find in Charlotte. My job just transfered us out of state again but that intown location really felt welcoming for us. Corey is an amazing manager who goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable no matter how long you plan to be there. Renewing your room online is a great help too. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in Charlotte again."

"Housekeeping is great! Everyone at front desk are very informative. Only problem are the roaches. They're awful. We tried everything to get rid of them but theyre coming out the walls. And the children running around in the parking lot unsupervised is a little frustrating to say at the least."
