"The staff made this stay. The gym was closed and seems to be used as storage. The pool didn't look clean, we didn't use it. The room ac was wet making the entire room damp. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Pool is under maintenance and gym is closed. We picked this hotel based on these amenities. It would be nice to have these very important details updated on your website so guests can make the decision to still reserve at your hotel or not. Hotel lobby stairs are very dirty. Rooms are clean and location is good for what we needed. Staff is friendly."

"Just wanted a place to sleep for the night in the middle of a long road trip. Yet, there was so many issues with this place. In our first room, the shower didn’t drain at all, so we asked for a new room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and gave us another room. Here, the door didn’t lock due to the hinges being bad, and the shower again did not drain at all here. There was a large ant infestation in the bathroom corner as well. Again called to move rooms, exhausted at this point, and got put into another room that we were assured would be fine. Here, the shower took over 20 minutes to drain but at least did eventually. In all the rooms there was stains all over the carpet and furniture, and all the doors were in dire need of a painting. Breakfast in the morning was very sparse and lackluster. Clean area, but hardly any options. Juice, milk, a couple cereals/breads and one waffle maker. Wouldn’t ever stay here again, and the only decent part was the staff."

"Beds were clean and comfortable. The Kitchen where the complimentary breakfast was clean, and the breakfast was good. No complaints there, even tho I wish there was fresh fruit for my waffles. Not such a big deal to give it a low rating. But, there are so many negative things I just can't let pass by. I had to rate, just because I would want to know these things before I go somewhere, and I usually don't give rating, but I had to give this place a rating. We go to a lot of hotels and haven't quite been to a hotel like this in my life. It's a few things that I didn't like. I wish I could show pics because I have a plenty. 1. The room wasn't so clean. I had to go out and get disinfected wipes to sanitize the room. 2. The tub had a big burned hole in the middle. 3. Stains on carpet in hallway and in room. 4. The air condition vent was so dirty. 5. Stains on lamp and towels 6. A bunch of Ants came out of the iron when I try to use it. 7. The front desk clerk was never at the desk and never answered the phone. Only when the manager was at the front desk you will get an answer other than that, you have to go looking for the front desk clerk. Most of the time she was outside the building on her phone. 8. The front door to the room paint was chipping off. 9. Side of toilet wasn't clean 10. When we were leaving, we found someone shorts and T-Shirt behind the bed. (gross) 11. The card with my key in it had coffee stains on it. Other than that, the Manager was very nice and friendly. :)"
