"My wife purchased a pair of Gionvanni shoes but they were the wrong size. The store had to get the correct size from another store in their network but suddenly said this will cost an additional $25.00. My wife argued that this policy is not posted and we should have been notified before purchasing. We spoke with the female cashier and she refused to order the correct size without the $25.00. After a argument, we decided to pay the money because the store only will issue store credits and I really liked the shoes. My wife has purchased several suits, shoes, and accessories from this location totalling over $1,000 but they have lost a customer over $25.00. It's the principle of the matter!"

"Purchased a suit from here and my measurements were done at the store to get the alterations done but when the jacket came back the sleeves were way to short. I took it back to the store and all they could say was “yeah, the sleeves are too short and uneven but we cannot do anything for you”. I was told I needed to take it where the alterations were done and when I got there I was told they made the changes based on what was given to them…long story short neither of them would say they were at fault so I have to pay to get the jacket altered again. I don’t like wasting my money and I don’t like paying for things twice!! I will not be shopping here again."
