The studio is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could imagine. I also love the pavilion and pond! Perfect for grilling out and just having a great time. "We stayed at Bald Mountain Creek Farm for five weeks - it was FABULOUS!! The owners were great from our first contact with them and throughout our stay if we needed any recommendations. The Studio is beautiful and very well decorated. They truly thought of everything when they were renovating The Studio. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was there to cook, to bake bread or cookies, or to grill. The bedrooms are cozy and the bedding is very comfy. The living room furniture is also very comfortable and there is plenty of seating for everyone. Everything at Bald Mountain was extremely clean and very well maintained. We absolutely loved the back porch - you could sit out in the rocking chairs and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine and look out onto the mountains. It is breathtaking. There is also a patio table and chairs on the porch so you can eat your meals outside too. The pavilion was also wonderful - a place to relax and grill dinner and watch your favorite game on TV. It was perfect! And there is a large fireplace in the pavilion and a fire pit near by. The wood for the fire pit, fire place and the indoor wood stove is provided. Bald Mountain Creek Farm would be an awesome place for a couples getaway, a family reunion, a girls vacation, or a trip with the guys - you will love it. And there is lots to do in the area from hiking, to sight seeing, to restaurants, and more. There is also an alpaca farm nearby that was really neat. The only downside was eventually we had to leave as our reservation was done but we really look forward to coming back and renting The Studio and the additional home (The Farmhouse) which is currently being renovated. We got a sneak peak while we were there and the crew is doing an incredible job on the renovations of The Farmhouse - hope you enjoy this property as much as we did!"
