"During a routine inspection, they took all of my wife's tires off and messed with the brakes. The brakes were fine prior to the inspection. Then they requested we book another appointment the following week to replace the brakes ($600 for front tires, $600 for back tires), while still passing the inspection. They are disingenuous, and I would not recommend getting work done here or an inspection. (I put 2 stars for visibility purposes, I'd rate this place -4 stars)."

"Don’t go here. You will thank me. Not happy at all. Was told they were going to put new sensors on all four tires and it wasn’t done, I was told everything is fine with car because I asked them to check car out because if damages were more than new winter tires I was going to buy a new car. I also asked if they could tighten my serpentine belt and never did. I came back to get car inspected and they said it would be over 3,000 to fix. Which when I asked them to check the car out before I put winter tires on it they said it was fine. Then I have them check it after I put new tires on it and now it’s 3,500 to fix car!?! They charged me full price after a two day wait when I asked them to please have it done same day and they said they would get it done. They offered everybody else a discount except for me because I was understanding. Never coming back to this place. They cost me so much money for so little service."

"Worst car experience. Originally had inspection done. Told me back brakes needed everything replaced, so they did, which it was already overpriced for the calipers. Come a few months later, car is shaking and bouncing while braking, I find out the rotors are completely rusted (no way they were ever replaced). Eventually got them to drive it and find out yeah the one caliper was busted and rotor warped so they replaced everything (thank god it had lifetime warranty). Leave there and find out my front ones are warped still causing bouncing (different issue not from them) but then find out from Honda that the back emergency brake was never reconnected, and that the one caliper was already leaking (after one week may I say). They definitely replaced rotors and pads that second time but the fact it yet again broke or was never put back together properly is awful. I constantly felt like they were acting like they knew more when it was apparent the back rotors and pads weren’t ever replaced (or had old parts put on). These rotors, were supposedly new. I would not suggest this place. I get their busy with lots of customers and cars, but everything just seemed to go wrong"

"I was traveling and got a flat tire on my husband’s Tesla. Monro Auto was able to replace the tire and had me back on the road quickly! Fast service, excellent and friendly customer service, what more could you ask for? 5 stars!"
