"The fries and shakes here are always consistent and great. They're always fresh, crispy and tasty. Food is great. It's very clean and now there are little kiosks by the counter where you can place your order if it's busy. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is comfortable and casual. For those who are concerned about price, they usually have BOGO deals on UberEats or the Shake Shack app if you check. Highly recommend."

"Although the wait times were a bit long the food is well worth the wait. Everything on their menu is as fresh as possible. I've never had a burger that juicy when eating out ever. But what made their food truly exceptional was their spicy cheese fries. "This seemed to be about the only place in the Empire Outlet Center on Staten Island to grab a drink and a snack. Anyway, we ordered everything at the counter – a hamburger, chicken burger, fries, iced mango and normal iced lemonade. Everything came quickly enough. We sat inside having cleared a space to eat. The food was of a reasonable quality but the whole place was a typical fast food establishment. Nothing really special."
