"I was traveling with a coworker the other day and we stopped in at Glen’s for lunch. It was 12 noon and the place was packed which to me, is a sign of a great place to eat. We opted to sit at the counter so we wouldn’t have to wait for a table due to our limited time to stop. Chrissy (Hope I spelled it right, forgive me if I didn’t) waited on us and despite the hustle of the lunch rush was very friendly, courteous and right on point with her suggestion of the meatloaf special. The atmosphere at Glen’s has a hometown, nostalgic feel with lots of memorabilia to look at while you wait for your food. The chalkboard and sign above the refrigerated case behind the counter really nails the feeling of this new found foodie gem in my opinion. Prices are average, food was excellent for my first time there but have no reason to believe it wouldn’t be on my next visit and there will be plenty more visits in the future. Be nice or go home and Life is short, eat the Bacon says it all."
"Nice 50’s dinette feel/atmosphere. Unique options like smiley pancakes. But, the Homemade chips were burnt. We would give another try when we are in the area for lunch though."
"Finally had the opportunity to have a breakfast here and it was delightful! Small place, so be prepared to wait - it IS worth it. Staff is friendly and attentive. The Idaho was deliciousness on a plate! Very recommended, hope to return again soone when not touring!"
