"I have been a Red Lobster customer for over 25 years. In the last couple of years, the sunrise Hwy, Copiague location has really been a complete disappointment. Each time I come in I say “it’s not their fault why it takes 45 minutes to get my meal. It will be better next time”. It hasn’t gotten better. I am here tonight and it’s just the 2 of us at the table. It has been almost an hour since my order and still no meal. Unfortunately this will be the last time I come to this Copiague location. Management should be held responsible for the slow service. This is a continued issue at this location as I am at this location quiet often."

"Food was delicious but it took awhile for it come out. However they accommodated us by giving us free appetizers while we waited and were extremely courteous. I’ve been before and will return. My wife enjoyed the endless shrimp. I kept it simple with my entrees but the food is always fresh and it’s never too loud like in the city."
