"Went to Subways at 1:33am and the person was playing with his phone towards the back. He says it’s closed I said it’s not 2am yet. He said we close at 1:30am. Been going there for a while that person is not people friendly, doesn’t smile makes faces. One time I went there and ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and told him what cheese I wanted and he responded I know what it comes with. I actually gave him a $5 tip serval times and he never said thank you. Bad employee. Needs to look somewhere else for a job away from the public."
"Wow. Dunno why people decide to work in service, yet have the most awful attitude. Server started complaining about my order, when all I asked was 6" herb bread with tuna and cheese, and maybe put onions on it before toasting. If you dont allow onions to be toasted, just say so in a nice manner. What's up with the attitude? Get out and find another job where you can be happy and not bring others down with you. LoL And he "tsk" when i didnt include a tip. Hahahahahaha"
"The food is just so good. I mean... It's subway, but it's amazing. Love the taste, the texture, the hot and cold elements playing off one another. It's expensive for what it is, but it's also so addictive."
"I just received coupons and wanted to use them. Subway's regular prices seem high to me and I generally favor chains that offer discounts. But this store does not "participate" in Subway's coupon program. So we left, drove 1.5 miles to another Subway that took the coupons, and saved a significant amount of cash on four sandwiches. It's a shame. This store is normally well run, according to a customer I know who has visited several times in the past year or so. I don't know why an operator would risk losing customers to make a higher profit on each sandwich, but to each their own."
