"Went for lunch at Gatsby's Landing. We always like this restaurant because of the location overlooking the waters. The food was a bit salty for my friend but they were very accommodating and insisted on making a new order for her. Great service!"

"This was my first time here. Very nice fine dining experience. The staff was very attentive and made sure that we were being treated well. My entree was cooked perfectly, I would just avoid the gravy on the filet mignon as it was a little too salty for my taste. The Slider appetizer was delicious, but the fried calamari a little too rubbery. Would definitely go back to try some other options."

"Yesterday afternoon, 5 October 2023 I had the pleasure of joining my sister for a belated birthday lunch at Gatsby's Landing in Roslyn New York. We were fortunate to be able to be seated outside to have a beautiful view of the pond there.,that was a hugh plus. For an appetizer we chose Crab Cake , it was so moist and flavorful, really delicious. For the entree my sister chose Ravioli with Butternut Squash in a Brown Butter sauce. I chose Braised Beef Short Rib ,whipped Mashed Potatoes with Truffle Chimichurri. The beef short rib was tender and delicious. For dessert my sister ordered a Creme Brulee. All in all, it was a delicious meal. What made this meal a highlight was the server that we had, Tanya. Tanya was so friendly, polite, beautiful personality, and told us the special meals for that day. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which really helped. I enjoyed the ambience there, as well as the staff there. I most definitely will be returning there for another meal, as my sister and I had a wonderful time there, and look forward to having more wonderful memories there."

"We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our reservation, and the host took us in without an issue. For dinner, we had the lamb, mussels, grilled octopus, truffle fries, fig & goat cheese salad, Creme Brûlée; all delicious except for the grilled octopus surprisedly. The octopus had a red tomato sauce on it which it shouldn’t have had (should be slightly seasoned), and it tasted burnt. The drinks weren’t the greatest either, but the view, customer service and neat venue makes up for it. Our drinks: Blood Orange Margarita, Godfather, Ketel One up martini, White Sangria. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the octopus and drinks. Our waitress was phenomenal, very attentive, and friendly. She remembered me telling her that it was my boyfriend’s birthday when we first sat down. Without me asking her, she waited until he went to the restroom, then she told me that the fun part starts now, that she will bring out a candle. At the end of the night, without asking her, she asked if we would like her to take a picture of us. We have never had a server ask us that proactively. Usually we have to ask. She was just so wonderful!"

"The Duck entree only has two slices of duck. The $40 price tag is steep for what I got. The Parker rolls were hot and scrumptious, especially when smeared with butter. The cocktail menu is extensive and creative. I had a Blood Mary, which had little flavor, so I exchanged it for a Mimosa, which was good. I will definitely return to try other things on the menu. This restaurant is perfect to impress a date or a friends and family."
