"The sheer horror on my face while reading some of these reviews… This store is the best smashburger I’ve been to in the entire state of New York. All the workers greet me with a smile, even when it’s busy or if they look tired. My orders have never been taken wrong. The food is excellent, the only complaint I have is that the smashtots are a little oily for my liking, but unlike some people here, I actually understand that not every single little detail has to cater to me, so I just absorb the oil with a napkin. Whoever actually gives this place a low rating has got to be looking for problems on purpose Obviously if it’s busy, your food might come a bit late, some of y’all have never worked in the food industry. Not everything will be how you want to the exact atom, it shows your entitlement when you leave negative reviews like that. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a good hangout spot, the shakes are always on point."

"My brothers and I have been dining here over the last couple years, the food, service and cleanliness are excellent. One time, we had a group of nine, and we placed our order, and it was timely served. However, one-quarter of the order was wrong. We asked and spoke to the manager. She, listened and rectified the wrong part of our order. All nine of us, left the store, more than satisfied."

"Smash burgers is a chain but it’s nice to eat something consistent. This location was clean with a lot of parking. It was huge with lots of tables and seating area so we decided to stay. We ordered two burgers and a side of tots and the food was just too underwhelming to enjoy. The tots tasted like they squeezed out oil when you chewed on them. The burger was ok. Just not worth the money exchange for no flavor or kick."

"The food is flavorful. Due to me ordering late and to have the food delivered, the fries and tater tots were still crispy when they arrived 30-40 minutes after my order. The tater tots and fries taste good with and without ketchup. I ordered a truffle mushroom burger. I’ll be honest - I didn’t know I could switch my bread so I felt the bread that came with the burger was not that well balanced. The truffle was strong though so props for that. The price of the food was decent. It wasn’t overly priced. In fact, they gave me an extra burger in my order by mistake. I would most definitely be trying the other items in their popular items. So far, it hasn’t disappointed."
