"I only order jerk pork & jerk chicken, and I most say that this is the BEST jerk chicken & pork I have EVER taste in America. I am hooked. It’s all about the flavor, and most restaurants just cook to sale, but Merrick Jerk cook to please. They’re Potato pudding is good too.. not too sweet, but just right."

"Not impressed. Came into town after a long flight and this was the first place I hit up as I was craving for some jerk chicken. The chicken I was served was cold and seemed as if it wasn’t fresh. The rice and peas was fine but I ended up immediately throwing away all of the food. It just wasn’t edible."

"I definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy some nice, juicy but tender and well spiced jerk chicken. It's seasoned just right, no need for sauce if you don't want it. I usually use them for catering, during the holidays, and often when I have large family dinner parties. I cater, the jerk chicken and curry goat. My husband particularly enjoys the fried fish and festival."
