"I love their jerk chicken. It's always so moist, tasty, and fresh. My only issue is the charging for sauce on the side. I should be able to add the sauce on my own for no fee instead of them adding it for me (no fee). Today I had their oxtail for the first time, and oh gosh...it was super delicious. The rice & peas was on point. I can eat it by itself. I ordered a small, and it was quite sufficient for me, unlike other restaurants that give you 3 oxtails in a small meal. As long as their food is consistent, I will patronize them. I have no issue with the lady who serves me. She's pleasant enough for me."

"Its absolutely ridiculous that if I choose not to have sauce on my jerk pork but on the side, they charge $1.60. Terrible policy n customer service. No charge for putting sauce on the order though...smh"

"Don’t walk RUN away from this store. I normally order from the Elmont location and contacted this store by mistake but since I already placed the order I said why not. I spent over $70 for spoiled red peas soup water( yes water because no meat was in the soup and the peas were clearly dumped from a can into the soup water), jerk chicken that had ZERO flavor and don’t get me started on the pork. The dogs ate the food. Do yourself a favor and only buy food from the Elmont location. To the Owner - there is no need to try and rectify the situation as the food was so deplorable I’ll just take the lost. Also while ordering my food the workers were arguing. That should’ve clued me into changing my mind from this so called restaurant. Do better."

"Customer service was great. I actually ordered jerk chicken & veggies... I knew I should have asked was there peas in the veggies (yes alot of Caribbean people do add peas) so I was able to change it for mac & cheese for $1.65 more. I'm giving 3 stars because when I got my tray back the chicken and plantains were cold and the mac & cheese was the only hot thing on my tray. Overall the food is amazing still have food left this is a small serving very large for the price you pay compared to other Places."

"Where do i begin every time i call or come to this place they NEVER have any fried chicken. What makes me upset is the fact that they know the fried chicken is something that goes fast, so why not make an abundance of it? Secondly i feel that the customer service is garbage. Every time I place an order i feel like they have an attitude, like I’m not about to pay my money. Thirdly, their Mac and cheese is awful. I paid $5-8 for the Mac and cheese and it was disgusting. They charge u so much for this Mac and cheese for it to taste like that. I would understand if it was good but it’s not. I won’t lie though certain dishes aren’t bad but you can try this place out at your own risk."
