"Useless customer services. They provide me food without utensils. And the drink fruit punch is taste like water. I came back after 10 minutes from my job to tell them about fruit punch . The cashier and the supervisor ignored my complaint without apologizing. I won’t be coming here again . Another of my colleagues had same experience. The corporate management need to solved these issues."

"Something needs to be done with the orientation of the drive through. Maybe entry and exit directions reversed, that way the car queue can be from the less busy side of the area. I understand it's new york with less land mass, but a good operational process analysis and improvement can help. It's what I do for a living so maybe that's why it struck a cord with me. The staff and food were good, just the queue getting into the intersection and traffic light is more of a safety incident waiting to happen."
"Food was Great. I usual order from here cause this is the only KFC near by. I would have to say that I definitely prefer KFC over popeyes. But it feels like there are less and less of kfc's. My only thing that has me down is that they got rid of wedges which was my absolute favorite. But I mean over the chicken is still worth it with that secret recipe fris. Lol"
