"I saw great reviews for the chef so I took my parents to dinner after work. It is early January and it’s cold, 34F. The place is empty and the waitress asked us to sit next to the door. I explained that it’s windy and my parents are seniors, can we have one of the tables further away from the door? “No, did you make reservation? You did not make reservation so you can’t seat at those tables. They are all reserved.” Maybe the chef is really good, but we decided to walk out and went to another restaurant that welcomed us warmly."
