"Went in to get a compression thong Thursday 3/16. Asked the girls if they go by pant size or panty size. Clueless they said if my pant size is a 13 to get a large even though my underwear is a medium. Looking at the large it looked like it wasn’t going to compress, but took it anyway because I’m not an undergarment specialist. However they’re supposed to be because that is all they sell. I am a store manager in retail so I know people can be weird when they try things on. I went home and tried them on over leggings. Too large. I go back on 3/17 to EXCHANGE for the medium. The assistant manager looked at me and said she couldn’t exchange because it’s a thong. No wear does it say that anywhere on the receipt or in the store. If I’m not mistaken it says 45 days full refund unwashed, unworn, tags attached, original receipt. It wasn’t until we went back and forth and I asked for the store manager that she said she would make an “exception” as if she was doing me a favor. The return policy is clear! It does not specify a thing cannot be returned. Moral of the story, they make their own return policy."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. I bought some shape wear without trying it on and when I got home I didn’t like it, and they refused to give me a refund or an exchange. Very rude employees. No one informed me that I couldn’t exchange or get a refund, if that were the case I would have never bought anything. Congratulations they lost a customer. Don’t go there. Horrible people."

"The ladies here are so great. They are happy to do as much or little as you need. They got me all kinds of different bras even when I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. They have way more sizes here than Victoria's secret - both in larger and smaller sizes."

"I went to this store and picked out a couple of items. I went to the register to pay. They told me something was wrong with the register, it crashed. Then they rang me up on another register and that one went through just fine. Fast forward to yesterday and now I have over $900.00 worth of charges on my credit card. This is the last place I used my card. I believe they stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree. Worst experience ever! Be mindful when you shop at this store so this doesn't happen to you."

"Horrible experience with customer service. Went in to find a bra for my wedding dress and the sales rep gave me a hard time and attitude because I did not have a picture of my dress. After attempting to describe the dress (the sales rep wouldn't listen) my mother found a picture, she proceeded to sale me a bra without hearing my option. Would not listen to want I wanted and got frustrated and point to a corner of the store told me to look through there. Thankfully I found my bra at aerie."
