"Service is atrocious - walked in as a father with 3 small kids - I was struggling with them a little - ordered food - the lady who cooks has more ego than a neurosurgeon - I know bec I work with a bunch as a doctor - kept asking if this is my food but she kept ignoring bec she’s the big boss cook - the front cashier should answer that - meanwhile the teenage girl at the cashier is obviously on tiktok the whole time. Food is ok but the attitude the workers have is terrible - to the owner: consider hiring ppl w better personalities - after all your in the service business"

"If I could give this disgrace of an establishment a zero I would. They consistently show up to deliver an hour to two hours late, get the order wrong, and forget to include even 1 container of garlic Mayo on an order that requires you to pay for it. Their service is the worst of any kosher restaurant that I have ever been to. They are only open because they are a kosher restaurant and can profit off our religious dietary restrictions. Their pricing is completely outrageous and shameful. Because, if a family orders $100+ for a family dinner, you should damn well better give them the garlic Mayo dip that they paid for!!! The food is not anywhere close to being good enough to excuse the embarrassingly terrible service. You’re better off legit eating non kosher and then asking Hashem for forgiveness."

"I had agreed to take down a previous negative review when I was told an issue would be corrected with an apology. I stand by my old review: do not expect any good service from Holy Schnitzel Queens. They are unprofessionally run. The staff are total LIARS! I place a 1:15 PM Lunch order at 12:15 PM. As I am heading to pick it up, I am called at 1:06 PM, notifying me about my item not being available. I asked them for a refund and I was told I would not be charged. That refund took over a week to get returned & multiple calls. After leaving a bad review, the manager offered to compensate me with a free meal in exchange for removing my posting calling them out. I had removed it, but when I called the following week to redeem my free meal, the girl on the phone said she knew nothing about it. I asked her to speak to her manager to verify and she hung up on me."

"Open late, 12 AM. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They have salads, chicken and beef sandwiches. I got the chicken and veggie soup, and sweet bbq chicken nuggets. Fair prices."
