"This was a very nice short walk to stretch the legs. The surrounding hills and trees were beautiful and the cabin has been maintained in historical condition and is open for entrance. Looking at this time capsule invokes an appreciation for how life was in the not so distant past."

"Fun and simple hike off the Cades Cove loop. Short hike on a gravel trail. Fun for all ages. Enough shade on the trail to keep you out of the summer heat."
