"Been coming here for a while now and it's still probably my favourite dimsum restaurant in NYC so far. Came as a group of 3 cuz many of their dimsum come in 3s or 6s, so it makes for easy sharing Started off with an order of their spicy pork Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and the crab meat xlb. Filled with a good amount of broth, flavorful filling, and the dumplings don't tear easily when you try to lift them out of the baskets. Had some classics like scallion pancakes, shrimp & chive crystal dumplings, turnip cake, and cha siu bao (BBQ pork steamed buns) Finished off with the sweet potato mochi with salted egg filling which was the only one that I felt didn't hit as strongly as the other dishes. The flavor was great. But the mochi itself was a bit lacking in texture, most likely due to unlucky timing with when we came to eat and when the last batch was made. They provide a Peking duck bun for everyone as a dine-in bonus, and we got the an order of sweet glutinous rice cakes on the house, which was a really nice treat! The service is quick and attentive. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the spot is a little cramped to move around in and it can be a bit with occasional radio chatter from the service staff."

"Read about this place in some blogs and social media posts about "best places in Flushing". It didn't disappoint, although I think they toned down some of the spices in our dishes. Scallion pancake with beef was a real surprise hit. Chicken feet were good, but lacking some punch. Cucumber salad was very refreshing, and the beef ribs very delicious although not hot and spicy as promised."

"This is a MUST for dim sum lovers! Such an amazing find. Highly recommend the beef rice rolls and the shrimp dumplings. The food is all hand made and authentic, you get delicious freebies and it’s so reasonably priced. This isn’t a restaurant to spend a few hours dining, it’s a quick sit and eat place with a busy bustling atmosphere."

"Shanghainese as myself, I have to say it's very rare to find authentic Shanghai food around US. My friends recommended this place earlier and I can't believe I come in so late. If you only order authentic dish, you will have a great time. Some stuff are localized unfortunately which I won't order. Especially some colorful soup dumpling."
