"Hi I did order a taco salad twice at this location and they were telling me the rice doesn't come with the taco salad and they were going to charge me if I wanted rice on the taco salad and they charge me for Tortilla strip too as well this was the JFK location in Qdoba the staff needs to be more professional with other customers like other restaurants"
"Almost every time i order from here on uber eats, they get the order completely wrong. Ordered the loaded tortilla soup with pork, and they gave me ground beef. The soup always comes in the complete wrong small container (the one used for the small queso and it should be the one used for the regular sized queso) just always disappointing."

"I've bought a quesadilla from them twice in the past month. I was surprised because despite them being a chain, the quesadillas were actually delicious. The first time, I got the birria and the second time, I got the steak and both times the food was great. I'm a little confused by the comments because in the two times I was there, I always received friendly customer service from them. Maybe it has to do with the times I visited, as I so far only visited between 12 and 4pm. This place and the halal place next to it are probably the best eats in the building imo."
