"I came here last week and i ordered 2 shack burgers and a chicken sandwich and fries it disappointed me how the 2 of burgers were raw in the middle. I had to RE-COOK it on my pan so I won’t get sick or possibly get salmonella since it’s been spreading around. I spent $30 on my order and it’s sad for the price I paid there quality doesn’t add up to that. Also the fries were salty I was coughing almost every 3 fries in of how much salt I was consuming."
"My first time ever going to shake shack was Wednesday due to the t mobile Tuesday free shake shack burger. The burger was very good and cooked well. Today, I ordered for pick up and when I came home the burger was pink. I had to re-heat it MYSELF on the stove. Don’t come at around 12:30 on a Friday or else you’ll be dealing with a cook making your burgers pink. If you plan on going, go in person and ask for a well done-non pink burger for those that don’t like pink. I will only be eating chicken sandwiches if I ever come back to the restaurant."
"I ordered chicken shack and avocado bacon chicken. Chickens were dry, very over cooked. I know shake shack burger is small but in that small buns my chicken was even smaller. In the photo, i had two bites and then checked the burger because chicken was too dry and chewy. And the piece of the chicken was tiny. Very disappointed and not worth it. Please don’t go this place if you want to have a best shake shack go to new hyde park one."
"First time trying this location and I have to say that the service was good. The lemonade was good. The fries were a bit choppy meaning there there were a lot of small pieces of fires. My wife chicken burger was a bit cold."
