Buffalo Wild Wings

"We went here on 1/26 for the AFC games. Great atmosphere. Abbey, the manager, took our server and put her in the kitchen. In doing so, she never paid her tables that were left without a server any attention. Our server did tell us she had to go in the kitchen to cook food. The cook that was there quit. It took us 2 hours to get food, when we got food it was not what we ordered. Had to go to the bar to get our drinks. Tables could not get cleaned, we had to do it. We did not receive any service until the second game. We arrived at 2:53 pm. Our server did get us a round of drinks. And that was all we received. This day service was horrible. Michelle, the other manager that was also in the kitchen, came to speak with us about service because Abbey, manager, would not. People came in after us received their food and left, and we still had no service. BWW might want to rethink who they have as managers. Some people, as we experienced, can not handle it. Will never return to this establishment."

"I'm disappointed to say that this BWW location has diminished their service and friendly attitude towards customers. For example, our waiter didn't verbally communicate with us about our order or greet us when we arrived. Instead they used hand gestures most of the time,for things related to our order. I like visiting this BWW location after shopping at the mall area, but it's been a few times that I've noticed a delay in getting seating, ordering and receiving our food Lastly, another underwhelming notice is that we ordered 30 wings but we only received 25. Hopefully, Buffalo Wild Wings can fix these things that way customers have a more positive experience."

"This is absolutely disgusting. The whole bag came a mess of sauce. Wings were completely frozen and thrown in the box and dumped with BBQ sauce. I want a refund, I can see why this is a 3.1 star. Don’t waste your time ordering here!"

"I can only go off of the food since I ordered through ubereats everything I received was cold so there was no nothing that would ensure that the food arrived warm but I can't say how much of that is at full of how long the delivery took versus poor packaging. But what I can say is that I got what it looks like two scoops of the mac and cheese which you can see filled it less than halfway and I paid $5 for the rest of the food was just gross I see 5 years ago I gave it a poor rating and I wish I would have looked this up before I ordered through ubereats will not go to again"
