"I'm not sure what the bad reviews here are about. As far as airport food, this is a 5-star luxury experience. The burger is good, as are their martinis. By far one of the best dinner experiences you can have in an airport."

"I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I tried eating here, I know that it’s an airport, and in fact, after I related my thoughts about the food I was served, the waiter said hey, it’s airport food. Still, it was not busy as you can see from the photos, he did confirm it was made to order so I can take it that whoever was cooking back there thought French toast should be dried toasty bread with barely a coating of any batter and overcooked at that I was served a coffee had to ask for cream and sugar served cream that was curdled got another one and we served my food which was so bad I could not finish it."

"How much do I love this place! The more you smile the more the staff treat you like you've lost your mind. The food stays in the kitchen so long it's ice cold the moment it's brought to you. The drink prices are a suggestion and when you ask for water, you're rewarded with an open tap. I'm not kidding when I say I loved every minute. The TVs were there to torture and the patrons angry at mischarges and wrong orders. Dinner and a show! I am so happy! If you want a real NY experience please get a Bud light at this bar and just know it'll be a Miller Lite at a Stella price. Awesome!"

"Horrible service, fries with side of plastic packaging, food taste like airport food. The decor would be nice. I came at 10:15 am, was guaranteed I could get the breakfast menu which ends at 10:30. Of course no waiter came to take my order. At 10:26 I started walking around looking for a waiter, but nobody was on the floor. When finally a waiter came out from the kitchen, it’s was 10:29 and I was told that it was too late to order breakfast. Of course, I was a bit upset and after various complaints I was granted “an exception”, which means honoring what they advertised. I asked for this simplest item, eggs breakfast, which costs a whopping 17$ without tax and tip. However I asked for no bacon and egg whites instead of full eggs. I was told it was not possible. The dish came out with very soggy bacon, which is ok because I didn’t want it anyways. Interesting that they could not omit on item from the dish. I guess it requires too much micro management for their system? Also, there was a big piece of plastic packaging with my fries, that you can see in the pictures. The packaging seemed cooked and seasoned well, but I did not taste it because I’m following a strict diet of edible food. I had better service in street stands outside the airport."

"People need to chill with their negative reviews. This place isn’t revolutionarily good, but it’s not the cesspool people want you to believe it is. It’s the airport—you’re not going to be have the best meal of your life, but it’s going to get the job done. Plus, the service at the bar was literally perfect. They didn’t constantly bother and pester us to order more, but as soon as we needed something, they were there. And again, this is the airport. It’s going to be expensive. Everything at the airport is expensive."
