"Went during breakfast. Really sweet, nice, attentive staff. Gave me a coffee w cream but I wanted a black coffee and they swapped it out no problem. Great morning crew energy and camaraderie"
"I don't have much input on the atmosphere since it's no different from any other fast food joint, and the food was quite good. Then again, I'm expecting the food to be good, so it's not like I have my expectations being too high. The service, however, is a different story. Let me preface this by stating that I have nothing against hiring a diverse group of people. With that being said, this location would benefit from hiring at least a few people who actually speak English or are bilingual. I had an order to be picked up at 5:20 p.m., and because barely anyone there seemed to speak English properly, I couldn't figure out if my order was ready. Again, there is nothing wrong with hiring Latinos, Mexicans, etc, but when I and many others get our orders 15-25 minutes past our designated pickup time due to barely anyone speaking English then there needs to be either more people who speak English (whether it be their 1st or 2nd language) or there needs to be a translator present."
"It was hard to communicate with the people due to the language barrier. I tried to tell them no sour cream, but my order still had a lot of it. I also put no sour cream on my order. When I got home, my tacod were soggy, and all fell apart. When I go to the other Taco Bell on Flatlands, my order never looks like this."
"I don’t understand why so many customers are giving a one star rating and horrible reviews from this Taco Bell location. Tonight for dinner I ordered myself a double steak grilled cheese burrito, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and 12 cinnamon delights which by the way was all delicious. Their was absolutely no mistake with this order everything came intact and was perfect temperature. So I will be ordering again and I do have to say I was much more impressed and satisfied with this location, then the one on Flatlands Avenue."
"very bad service in that store I called a lot of times during the night to confirm my order and no one answered. send the wrong order missing food they don't send me the drink they don't follow the instructions and they also take a long time wait more than 1 hour and 20 minutes for just a combo. very bad service I will never buy from that store again. I like the taco bell in Atlantic Avenue, they really good and fast."
