"I ordered delivery from Dragon and Phoenix tonight. The estimated time of arrival was 30-40 minutes. Granted I live close, it arrived in less than 15 minutes. This has been the best Chinese food I've had in Astoria. Everything was fresh. None of the veggies were under-cooked and it was still hot when I finally sat down to eat it. I very much appreciated everything about this experience."

"I ordered large vegetable soup with Fried chicken wings pork fried rice. Was very happy hungry to eat my meal all untill I found this huge black hair in my soup!! saw it when I was about to pour some to younger brother. Just Disgusting !! I'm sorry. Also, I asked for large soup got small one honestly the customer service is bad idk the food quality is cheap for the price, dry very basic esp after this happening, i will not be coming back.... Saw few bad reviews here looks like I am not the only one now. Also no real seating in the place lack of atmosphere, Don't recommend it very disappointed and there are plenty of other better places worth a try."
"The food from this hidden gem was AMAZING!!! My brother just moved into the neighborhood and hadn't tried it. If you want sum fire and cheap local Chinese food do yourself a favor and get to the Dragon & Phoenix noooow! So worth it! The chicken fried rice, boneless spare ribs and general Tsos chicken is the best! Enjoy!"
"Actually surprisingly clean and delicious food in here. The price is great! They have steamed food for those who want non-greasy chinese food. My expectation was low because of outdated exterior but wow, inside was clean and they cook fresh veggies. I feel like I found a gem in my neighborhood."
