"Had my uncle go in asking for “4 slices” we noticed after opening the box he received 4 beef patties instead. We went back in to explain that my uncle does not know what beef patties are and actually wanted 4 slices but the guy behind the counter immediately began talking over us, insisting that he 100% asked for beef patties and raising his voice. After we got so upset because he wasn’t allowing us to explain he told us to “shut up” and mocked my family’s accent when my mom try to explain that my uncle doesn’t speak English fluently and doesn’t even know what beef patties are. The worker said “yeah neither do you clearly”. SO RACIST and rude. Never coming here again."
"I love the pizza here but the customer service here is terrible. I called multiple times and got hung up on then I called again somebody picked up and act like they couldn’t hear me and hung up in my face. Then I called back two more times and they didn’t answer."
