"Food not very good at all."

"The newly renovated location is actually across the street. I went with a group for dinner and we had a good time. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We will try other options on the menu next time. Very nice space."

"I ordered beef stew with white rice and beans. My order apparently wasn’t a combo so she didn’t add the beans . I’m frustrated because she didn’t have the curiosity or consideration to verify my order. She didn’t elaborate on the combo specifics and explain the additional cost, she proceeded by arguing with me on the phone about the price of things as if that was ever my issue. Ma’am I just need my beans for this dry rice. Also no BEVERAGE!! If over the phone I request beans and a beverage as a server you should explain to me the additional fees as it not being apart of the “combo” (what combo ? Stew meat and rice ?) . Don’t take it upon yourself to serve me dry meat and rice no VERDE sauce or BEANS OR BEVERAGE!!!"

"I have been to this location numerous times and I have to say.... it needs improvement on a couple of things. The restaurant is small but with every visit I have made theres never been a time where it was packed and your not able to get a table or have to wait for one. Upon entry you'll notice the display of grilled chickens being cooked and a long counter where you can step up and order items to go. There is no hostess, you can just grab any table you'd like. The place is organized and kept clean, the Meñu is pretty basic and straight forward, the waitresses are friendly but straight forward as well. Prices are fair and the quantity of food is ok but the quality.... not so much. I ordered a simple salad and when I got that salad it looked sort of a bit frozen, as if it was made a day or two before and stored in the fridge or freezer til ordered. It had that wierd freezer taste to it, which was bad.... I couldn't eat it. There was more food apart from that salad and its was all ok.....just ok. Customer Restrooms where clean, this location has no Customer parking, accepts credit and debit cards, and does deliveries. Thanks and Enjoy."

"Food is great but bad customer service because they don't speak much English & make it harder to communicate regarding your order. They cater to their kind 1st preference (hispanics) & treat black people different unless you speak Spanish. They once had me wait 45mins after ordering on the phone & when I arrived, they intentionally made me wait online for a prolonge period of time like I wasn't even there & helped their kind first smh."
