"844-99texas(83927) Employee VIN by far the worse customer service experience I’ve ever received. He wasn’t helpful or nice at all. He didn’t even greet me. I inquired about the dark meat special for $5. I kindly asked for 3 spicy legs. He told me “NO” that’s not how it comes. I can get only two legs one thigh. I simply explained to him that I don’t eat thighs. Is it possible to only have legs. He went back and forth with me. So nasty and rude his service wasn’t polite at all. The pictures below doesn’t even state how the dark meat comes either. It’s not like I was trying to get white meat instead which I know cost more money. My issue was his service was so horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Kindness will take you very far in life. But Employee VIN he shouldn’t work at a fast food industry if you don’t have the qualification to deal with a customer dispute. There are many different ways to handle this issue."
"These chicken spots are popping up everywhere, the spicy chicken is too spicy makes the meal un-edible. The regular chicken is basic and bland. They used to be much better when they first opened the quality is there but the flavor is severally lacking"

"Best (fast food) chicken I had. Magically marinated, slightly salty and deliciously crunchy. I would have it once or twice a month. If you have hypertension, eating this chicken most days of the week is definitely discouraged. Otherwise, great chicken."
"Must say that this chicken was sooo good! They forgot to give me my side, but guess they were focused on closing. Also no matter what price is advertised, if you order cheese fries or mac n cheese they add an extra dollar for the cheese of each order (although it's advertised as a side which is 'included') other than that, this place is awesome! Update: went back the next day & got the sides they forgot to include in my order. Flavor was great tho, specially the spicy chicken strips!"
