Gusto Divino Trattoria

"STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE!!! I’m going to file charges because they overcharged my card!! I took a picture of my receipt that I signed and what I wanted the tip should be and they took the liberty of treating themselves to more!! I get it was Christmas Eve and clearly NO ONE wanted to be there but it’s no excuse. The whole experience was horrible. As soon as we sat down an older waiter comes over “Drinks?” Doesn’t even say hi, how are you? We order drinks, he comes back quickly and then said “You order now?” Doesn’t say anything, just walks away. Food comes out way too slow. Penne was a little chewy, salad was just eh. By the time the main course comes, it was DISGUSTING. Totally inedible. The chicken was so burned, dry, crunchy and just nasty. My husband’s food was cold and his steak wasn’t cooked right. I tried for almost FORTY minutes to get our non-existent waiter. I asked two other waiters for the manager at this point to send back the nasty food. They kept telling me “it’s busy it is Christmas Eve”. Finally a manager comes over, I demand the chicken come off the bill and since we did the pre fixe menu, I said I want my dessert to go. The waiter comes back over and asks if we want water!! No! I said I want the bill and leave! I hand him a gift card from the actual restaurant (the ONLY reason we went in the first place) and a visa gift card. I try to explain there’s only 50 on the visa and he walks away. Comes back and says “Card no good, you give me better card”. I asked why? He grunts and walks away! Brings back another guy and rudely POINTS to our table. This guy says the card can’t be used in restaurants and to go to the gas station next door. Then he asks what kind of tip we were planning to leave. I said “Not much, the service sucks” he goes “Oh come on don’t cheat us, it’s Christmas Eve and we pool our tips together so you cheat one of us, you cheat all of us.” He then WRITES on the paper tablecloth figuring out the tip. I said “I’ll leave a tip I deem worthy. Here’s my card, run the balance.” Another 15 minutes go by, they bring the dessert (which we left for fear they spat in it) and we pay. I have pictures of everything!! I want my money back or I’m filing charges!! I did NOT authorize you to run more than I signed for!! HOW DARE YOU!! You should be shut down!!"

"We were treated to a wonderful BNI holiday party, last night, and it was a fabulous event. Mike was able to relax with us and enjoy the festivities, and Anthony was working hard in his place. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious, and the entrees were a great selection of choices. I enjoyed the skirt steak with the Gusto special sauce. Desserts were an assortment of delights and the drinks were plentiful. The entertainment featured a male guitar vocal and he was spectacular. There is just too much to say about a party at Gusto!"

"Great atmosphere, wonderful host! I came here to celebrate my birthday with family and I was a dining experience I’ll always remember. I got the chicken Marsala and it was so robust and flavorful and it paired very well with the wine. Our host was friendly and hilarious! They had live music and dancing. You can tell everyone was having a great time!"

"We had a baptism reception with about 40 people there yesterday for my twins. The food and service were top notch (picky Italian food crowd approved, believe me!), and incredibly reasonable $’wise. Mike and Anthony were also wonderful to work with leading up to and throughout the event. The whole thing was a total breeze and a pleasure. For folks looking in the area, my family highly recommends!"

"What a great experience!!! My best friend had a birthday dinner that was able to accommodate a huge party! The staff was unbelievable, so attentive even catering to such a big crowd, especially the best server Anthony ! Everyone had smiles from ear to ear from the staff down to the guests. Music brought to you by DJ jp playing the greatest throwbacks and hit a few moves in the dance floor after dinner. I had the swordfish and it was so delicious definitely recommend. It was my first time so wasn't sure what to expect, however do light and flavorful I would absolutely get again. Love this place!"
