"Brought my car in for an inspection and the gentleman said it failed because of windshield wipers and tires. Meanwhile on the paperwork it said failed because of windshield wipers, but of course he just wanted me to buy $1500 worth of tires from them to get it to “pass”. I brought my car to my mechanic and it magically passed. Imagine that. Will not be coming here again."

"Overall horrible customer service experience. I was told the price included a specific part when I was quoted. I found out later on that I never received it. When I asked questions and tried to get clarification, the associate I talked with spoke down to me, belittled me, and felt I was screwed over and lied to. The next day I spoke with the manager on the phone and it got out of hand. I take responsibility for being emotional and annoyed at the situation. But I won't let anyone yell at me, mock my intelligence, cut me off when I'm talking, and be told I am a liar and that I am lying. I am not lying and I won't let anyone bully me. I hung up the phone out of respect for myself and to disengage from a conversation with no respect for customer satisfaction. I have never been treated in a manner that was disrespectful as a customer. I filed a complaint with corporate regarding the lack of customer service I received and that fact I was misled into believing what I paid for included something when it wasn't. As someone whose career is driven by customer service, I will NEVER call one of my clients a liar; that is how you lose customers. I have since been to the Bay Shore location on Sunrise Highway. Much more professional and friendly/nice/helpful staff. And most importantly, when I asked questions I was talked to like a human being. Service with a smile really does make a big lasting impact."

"I spent 4 hours waiting to have tires replaced.. I supplied tires..after 2 and a half hours of waiting i asked what's taking so long.. the counter man was nodding at the desk well in convo..his eyes blood shot red and glassy as can be.. I was told they have to clean corrosion off wheels. I heard a whizwheel or grinder 1 time for 20 seconds from waiting room which Ness doubted you can here from waiting room.. I then proceeded to wait another hour and half... 4 hours total ??? I called about a dozen + shops asking how long it would take and was told 2-2 and a half hours ... also heard them charge some women 300+ to do a oil change and top off fluids.. what kinda shop is this??? Corporate needs to step in.. I looked out for Firestone bc there employee shouldn't be doped up working or at all...they refused refund. Beware better shops and alot more trustworthy in area.."

"Came here because the staff was friendly. They were putting on new wheels and tires. Staff is still friendly but when they were lifting my car, the lift wasn’t properly under the car. It cracked the passenger side bottom side skirt. The tech had to adjust it. I told the manager and he asked the tech and the tech denied it. I was standing there watching the whole time. Then the tech lied to the manager and said it was under the car but then later came and told me that he couldn’t tell them the truth or he would get in trouble. The right thing for the tech to do would be to acknowledge his mistake and for management to make right of the wrong. Still waiting for a call back to resolve this. I’m hoping they make it right so I can update this review."
