"Hostess was friendly and welcoming but after that everything went downhill. I sat for more than 45 minutes and didn’t get water or a drink although my order was taken. After about 20 minutes waiter came over to share that the bar ran out of don julio which was the required tequila for the drink I had ordered, I kindly requested for it to be substituted with patron and yet the drink never made it to the table. The person I was with ask for a passion fruit juice but never did we expect cool-aid. We barely made it to dinner because after trying appetizer of maduro montado we decided we were not dinning here. Appetizer tasted like it sat in microwave a few days. It may be a a cool spot for beers and hang but definitely not to enjoy dinner."

"My worst experience in a restaurant. We ordered our food and waited for over 90 minutes and the server tells that on a busy night since we ordered individually it takes time. Wth is that? The hookah was $45 which was made with the hookahs that you have at home and no refill or changing of coal. Anyway, we still didn't receive my entrée and it's soon going to be 2 hours."

"Celebrated my cousins baby shower here and I can’t say anything about the food because it was catered outside of venue, which was great! However, The workers were there to help with event the entire time, they even served our guest the food for us. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, made sure place was clean for us. It was a smooth process and definitely a place where you just need to let them know what you need and they will facilitate it for you and work with you to make sure your event comes out Amazing. Would definitely recommend."

"I went for ladies night on Thursday, and the ambiance was good the Dj starts to play around 9pm, appetizers are half the price from 5-8pm… the reason i give 3 starts its because they claimed on their IG that patrón shots are free all night, we were offered 1 and we got charged for it! So that was disappointing… the drinks were good but the food on the other hand not so much… i will be definitely going again"

"I hosted a very special friend of mine Birthday event here and I was extremely impressed by my experience, the place speaks for itself because it is well designed and gorgeous inside. The service leading up to the day from the time I booked the venue was impeccable. Every question I had was answered with details. The actual day of the event, the managers were helpful and accommodating, and the waiter that was in charge of our table, very experienced, SUPER friendly and was attentive the entire time. The food was delicious (the steak was my fav), the DJ was on point, he made my friend feel super special and the music was hitting. I hands down would recommend this place and will definitely be back. :-)"
