"If i could leave no stars i would. Mom needed a new bag, sounds simple enough right? Figured T.J. Maxx would have many options and they did but they nasty people they have working there?! I politely asked 2 different customer service people who were in the aisles and both of them turned me away. Finally the kind woman in the fitting room paged someone overhead to come help me get a bag(cuz most bags are secured and u need someone to unlock it). Why DO FOLKS GET A JOB IN A DEPARTMENT STORE AND THEN CHOOSE TO BE NASTY TO THE PATRONS! digusted to say the least! Hire better individuals. The nerve is at an all time high at this location! And during the holiday season at that!"
