"Trying to get help here was horrible. The girls working here were more interested in gossiping and talking to each other than helping customers. Asked for help w a shirt, girl pointed and went back to talking. Only one really doing stuff was the girl at the register."

"Worst American eagle store I have ever shopped at. The line to checkout forms behind the cashiers back. Cashier stood there for 3 minutes and didn’t turn around or ask for next while she did paperwork. A woman rushed in to do a return skipped me in the line and I walked forward to address the cashier. The other associates literally started talking about me and the person with me saying “are they making a line or what ?” I had to shout across the store to tell them I had been standing there waiting to be helped while someone else cut the line and got helped before me. And I was still not helped buy any of the three other associates in the store. Seriously made me want to put everything back and not shop their again."

"When the collection is good I want to get the whole store. In all colors. Like their t shirts I got last year, still look good. But some got shrinked in laundry."

"very helpful staff, always willing to lend a helping hand to find items, and great clearance deals, i have always been happy with AE merchandise. i belive they have the best jeans, comfortable, long lasting, stylish and most competitive pricing of any store, i always find my way back there for clothing for men."

"just please tell me when the girl with short hair and big glasses is not there. never felt so bad about shopping in your store. she has a terrible attitude, and no respect for older people. she has a very bad costumer service. i love your store, i am a good costumer, but now, i really dont want to bump in to this girl again."
