"Our dining experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The staff assured us they'd split the bill for our group, but the manager purposefully didn't do it, causing confusion and an overcharge. When we asked for clarification, the staff left us to figure it out on our own, making the situation frustrating and inconvenient."
