"The Owner's were Great! We moved from out West and stayed here for 46 days plus. Never had any issues! The staff is polite and accommodating. We closed on our new home while learning all about the tri-cities area. I wish the owners the Best!"

"I cannot give any stars for the room we were given. Cockroaches on a counter and in the bedsheets, partially repaired hole in the wall, deeply stained carpets in the room and hallway. We did not stay and gladly paid twice the price elsewhere for a clean, un-infested room."

"Keep in mind a couple of things before booking here: 1/ This is a two-star hotel, and 2/ There is one reason and one reason only why Appalachian Trail hikers like staying here for a night or two and that is because of the location: it's great for resupply because the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, pizza shops, taverns, and grocery stores, so you don't have to be shuttled around town to do a food resupply for this leg of the trail. The hotel itself is poorly maintained and managed. Not good for an extended stay, but serviceable and practical for "hiker trash" who want to pick up a mail drop at the post office, hit the laundromat, do some grocery shopping, and have a variety of eating out choices."

"This was by far the worst stay ive had in years. Manager only cares about cash. In a business that is supposed to catered towards customer service this was by far the worst. Room smelled like an ashtray. There was a large burn spot on the carpet 2ftx2ft. Other guests had found bed bugs. If you are able to avoid this place do it! Sleep here at your own risk."
