"I had a recall notice on my car (front seat belts) and made the appointment via their automated phone system. It was very easy and I got a confirmation text. Once at the dealership I was able to get checked in quickly. There is a small, but nice waiting area, too. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was friendly. The work was completed in about an hour as stated in the letter I received from Honda."
