"Had to choose a different repair service for my still in warranty fridge. Dependable never returned my calls and it was 8 weeks waiting for a part. Harp home came and tech fixed it not needing any parts at allDependable was not dependable at all at all"

"I called to make an appointment. Scheduled for the next morning, and was told the repairman will call first. Appointment time came and went, no call, no repairman. I tried to call the company to ask for an ETA and the phone calls kept bouncing. (Disconnecting as soon as it’s picked up). Thought maybe the shop was having phone problems so I called the 800 number. Same thing. Now I have to start searching for someone else."

"Pc Richards used them to contract out there repairs. They are the WORST. Lied about my oven and not covering it. Samsung shot to 500 degrees. Text told me they would cover it but changed his report. Someone from Dependable Appliance or PC Richards weighed in on changing the report. However, we filed a law suit with both company’s. Stay away…you been warned."

He even cleaned the scuff marks on my floor that resulted from him pulling out my refrigerator to assess the issue.
