"The staff is always rude when I go into this store. They will only help customers who they think will spend thousands of dollars in their store. Apparantly it is not worth their time to make a sale of just a few Hundred dollars. I have purchased a few items in this store as they do have a good selection, and it is convenient for me to shop locally. But I try not to go in there and only when I am desperate. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I understand she needs to make a living but that is no excuse for treating her customers as well as her staff so poorly. I have seen her berate a salesgirl because she wasn't doing three things at once. She needs to learn a little humility and how to treat others."
