"I had the most worst experience at this place. I Ordered a couch online in February 15th 2023.I paid the 1st month which was $28 then this store that was supposed to have the chase couch didn't have it so it had to be special ordered.That took months till April 2023. I went to the store to make a payment of $72 on May 5th Now wen the couch finally gets here and they deliver it they can't get it thru my door so it had to go back. I spoke to one of the managers after finding another couch that wud fit. She told me my card wud be refunded of the $72 ad the $28 bcause i have to do awhole another account bcause i have to find another couch. I foubd another one.She checked it out to make sure it fits.I still didn't receive a couch as of yet and they saying I owe another payment on May 20th .They told me ova the phone i didnt have a delivery date. The couch was there in the store. No 1 called me tho.i had to call to see wats goin on and my boyfriend Samuel Singleton had to call. He upset about this whole situation. Now I speakes to another store manager and she tells me that they will deliver today May 16th before 2pm.This is ridiculous."
