"PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT CHECKING WITH TESTER. THEY SOLD ME BROKEN SOLENOID VALVES FOR $140. NOW I'M UNABLE TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T REPLACE, EXCHANGE NEITHER REFUND... AMAZON AND HOME DEPOT HAVE THE SAME SOLENOID FOR $8+ $10.."

"The experience I had here solidified that I will never be back. I was told one price and was charged a different price by the time he checked me out. When I noticed he refused giving me a refund or adjusting the price to the one I was originally told. He tells people they need mental help, what type of business operator is that."

"Horrible experience went to buy a ignitor for my stove first he tells me $160. Then tells me $170 because Im using cash??. Then when I look at my receipt I’m charged $195 and he tells me its for taxes. They making up their own prices. I literally go back to tell him and he causes a whole scene. Would never shop here again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE OF SHOPPING HERE!! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!"

"Went there to buy a filter and 2 hoses. Quoted me 140 plus the hoses which actually cost me $30 at a plumbing supply up the block after. When he tried to charge my card $380 the card only had $220 so he took it and after I told him I don’t have the balance to pay he decided to not give me the part and told me no refund so he basically stole my money and gave me no parts nor store credit. Very rude guy and he is the owner and has no other employees. He keeps saying he don’t kno who customers spoke to but he is the only guy there every day. He is a desperate thief that does not want to help people he just wants to rip them off. I will be sueing him for charging my card without permission and not giving me any parts. He belongs behind bars for ripping people off. Ur grandfather built this company and you’re tearing it down with your rudeness and bad reviews. Out of 10 reviews u only have 1 good review which is probably a review from a friend. Your terrible and disgraceful and your ruining your grand fathers legacy"

"I needed a defrost heater for my refrigerator and called around. Spoke to someone on the phone that told me he had one and cost $66. I went to pick it up same day. He brought it out in a plastic bag. I should have questioned that but I don’t asked the price just paid. When I got to my car I looked at the receipt, he charged me $229. I went back and told him I was quoted $66 and wanted my money back. He said this was an original part and no returns even though I bought it two minutes ago. I blame myself for not asking price so I’ll bite it but beware of this company."
