"Went to drive-through around 7pm. Everything was dark. No sign, no light, even the menu was dark. I couldn't see anything. The staff was like a robot. No greeting and worked so slow. The food was fine though."

"Tried to charge us $16 for 6 chicken tenders. Claiming a 5 peice meal (including drink, fries and dip) for $10 isn't available when it's listed on their menu and they have all the items. They added the chicken tenders "a la carte". What kind of place tries to steal their customer money? Absolutely ridiculous. Reporting to corporate."

"I strongly encourage customers to use KFC app to pick up your order inside the store. My order was ready when I arrived. There was no line inside (unlike drive thru). Food was exactly as I ordered it and well protected."
